Customers who successfully reserve accommodation by email ( hotels@bookchinahotel.com ), online( www.bookchinahotel.com ) , fax ( 0086-20-87743079) or phone( 0086-20-37251788) will be rewarded with points equal to the amount paid. For instance, if you reserve a hotel room worth RMB 1000, you will get 1000 points in return. (Points calculation and accumulation are based on RMB)
No shows or early check-out without prior notice will have the same amount of points deducted as accommodation is worth. So if you ook a hotel at RMB 200 for three nights, you will lose 600 points.
Note:
Membership points start to accumulate as soon as you become a registered member and are valid for two years.
